Recall System Pro to become RecallMax.
We're excited!
On September 4th, 2018 Recall System Pro will become RecallMax.
We're changing but it's business as usual!
With RecallMax, you can count on the same team, the same innovative and results driven approach, the same personalized support and the same affordable pricing that you know and love.
Starting September 4th when you log in to Recall System Pro, you will see a prompt asking you to upgrade to the new RecallMax version of our toolbar.
You can bookmark this page (Ctrl-D) to use when the change occurs on the 4th or click here to download a PDF version of these instructions. If you know that you need permissions to install or make changes on your computer(s) please make sure your IT or computer administrator is available for this process.
Follow the prompts and steps below, it's easy!
1) Click on the Click Here to Install the New Toolbar button
2) When you see this window, click "Yes"
3) Sit back and relax for minute while the new toolbar is installed.
4) Click Next
5) Click Next again
6) Yup, you got it. Click Next one last time!
7) Click Install
8) You can relax again for a minute here..
9) Click Finish
And you're done!
Welcome to the new RecallMax login window.
Enter your username and password. If you've forgotten your password, use the link in the window to recover.
From now on, you'll be using this shortcut on your desktop to login!
Don't panic!
You'll see that some of the colours and icons have changed but the basic functionality of the system will remain the same.
