October 20. 2016 - New Advanced Due/Late List Filter and Sort Functionality

We are pleased to announce that we have once again upgraded Recall System Pro with a new time saving feature called Advanced List Filtering.

When working through any of the Due and Late lists in RSP, you now have the ability to filter out patients that have recently been contacted making the process of contacting patients easier and faster!

 

Using the new Filter button at the top of any of the Due or Late lists, you can now filter out patients that have been marked as Do Not Contact ("DN" in Recall System Pro) and also choose to filter out patients that have been recently been called and/or messaged.

You can also further sort your list by the new Last Contact Date Option option in the SortBy: Pull down menu making the process of prioritizing your calls even easier!

When using this new Filter/Sort tool, please remember to refresh the list using the circle button at the top of the list as you're contacting patients and using the checkmark to update the status.
We have also added the name of the last person to change the status and the day it was changed under Status on the main Patient Information page.
