Missed Cancelled List Enhancement

You already know that the Missed/Cancelled list is a great way to view and re-book patients that cancel or no- show.

We’ve now extended the list to go back 180 days for all practices and the list will continue to collect patients that have not been in for appointments during the crisis.

Also, to assist you working large lists and concentrate on patients that have cancelled more recently, we’ve added a filter button that allows you to only show patients that have missed or cancelled between 15 days all the way out to 3 months.

This handy filter will stay on even when you log out of RecallMax and is also user specific!

Reminder List Enhancements

Typically, our Appointment Lists - Reminder, One Week and Two Week lists display patients that have not yet confirmed and you can use these lists to call patients to confirm their upcoming appointments.

We’ve added a new Filter button that will display ALL appointments whether they have confirmed or not. This can be very helpful when using RecallMax in and outside of your practice walls.

You can choose to display only your unconfirmed appointments which allows you to focus on outstanding items or choose to include confirmed appointments using the filter allowing you view entire days worth of appointments.
