Adjusting Your Hours of Operation in MaxAssist®

With the launch of our new and improved MaxAssist® Dashboard, we’ve given you the ability to make updates to your hours of operation! Here’s how.

Navigate to your MaxAssist® Dashboard from your Toolbar (Settings and Support-> Practice Management->View Dashboard Reports) or click here to login directly. Note: Only practice administrators have access to the MaxAssist® Dashboards.

From the left side menu on the Dashboard, select Patient Messages under the Settings menu:

Here, you can indicate your clinic is open by placing checkmarks in the toggle boxes in the Active column, next to the days of the week. Then, click on the drop-downs to set the hours for the days you are open.

Note: The times are listed using the 24-hour clock, but will display as am and pm in your email messages.

That’s all it takes! Easy!
